These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases from our online store. By browsing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Handmade or customized products may also have minor natural variations that do not affect their essential quality or function.

Nothing in this section limits your rights regarding defective, damaged, or non-conforming products under applicable law and our policies.

4. Prices

Product prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices and promotions may change from time to time.

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed and accepted when the order is placed, except in cases of an obvious pricing or information error requiring us to contact the customer before fulfillment.

Applicable shipping fees and additional charges will be disclosed before order confirmation where relevant.

5. Placing an Order

Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including their name, telephone number, delivery address, emirate, area, product requirements, and any information required for customization.

We may contact customers to confirm an order, delivery information, or customization details before processing begins.

6. Order Confirmation

Receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Orders may be subject to confirmation, product availability, verification of information, and our ability to fulfill the order.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible and handle any amount already paid according to the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact the customer to offer available options, such as an alternative product or cancellation and refund of any applicable amount.

8. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Bank Transfer.

Credit and debit card payments are currently unavailable.

For bank transfers, order processing may begin once payment has been received and confirmed.

Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently available within the United Arab Emirates only.

Orders generally require 3–6 days for processing after receipt and confirmation.

Delivery generally takes an additional 2–4 days within the UAE after processing.

Standard shipping costs AED 60.

Free shipping is available on orders over AED 1,000.

Processing and delivery times may be affected by public holidays, business days, courier operations, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Incorrect information or failure to respond to delivery attempts may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery.

11. Custom-Made Products

We may offer products designed, manufactured, or modified according to customer instructions.

Customers are responsible for reviewing customization details, including dimensions, colors, names, text, designs, quantities, and other agreed specifications.

We may request final approval before production.

Once production or customization begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

12. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include applicable original parts or accessories.

13. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they remain unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Final approval is subject to inspection and our Returns & Refund Policy, as well as applicable law.

14. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

For returns or exchanges accepted under our policy, customers will not be charged the associated return or exchange shipping costs.

Khayal Art will cover the applicable shipping costs for an approved return or exchange.

15. Customized Products

Products manufactured or customized according to a customer's specifications or selections cannot be returned or exchanged once produced, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the product is damaged, defective, or materially inconsistent with the agreed specifications.

16. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or, for customized products, materially inconsistent with agreed specifications, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

We may request clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, Khayal Art will cover the necessary costs of resolving a damaged or incorrect product, including relevant shipping costs.

This notification period is not intended to limit any mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a standard order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation if preparation or shipping has not begun.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it may be handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Customized orders may not be cancellable once design, manufacturing, or production has begun.

18. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate method based on the original payment method or another method agreed with the customer where appropriate.

Processing times may vary depending on the refund method and relevant financial institution.

19. Promotions

We may offer promotions, discounts, or promotional codes from time to time.

Offers may be subject to specific validity periods, minimum purchase amounts, eligible products, or other stated conditions.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

20. Intellectual Property

Website content, including photographs, designs, text, logos, visual elements, and marketing materials, may be owned by Khayal Art or used with permission from their respective owners.

Sending private content through customer support or WhatsApp does not automatically grant us permission to use it for advertising. Appropriate permission will be obtained where required before customer content is used for marketing.

Personal information is handled according to the Khayal Art Privacy Policy and applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We may use Shopify and other providers to operate the store and fulfill orders.
